Below are Ayurvedam Store Refund and Return Policies:
1. If product could not be delivered to you in a fair amount of time, then we will reship your order.
2. If your order package is damaged/open, then don’t accept the delivery and contact our customer care, we will reship your order.
3. For any queries related to damaged or missing products, please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order, with the unboxing video (this is compulsory) and your order details. Our team will provide you with a coupon worth the value of the order that can be redeemed on our site.
4. For damaged products, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order with relevant images or videos. Our team will provide you with a coupon worth the value of the order that can be redeemed on our site.
5. Our customer care team must receive and approve your replacement request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a replacement.
6. Once your replacement has been authorized, we will process the same in two business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
